Insurance is included in every plan, including Starter. There is no separate onboarding fee.

- Insurance included with all plans. Final pricing is based on total employee count.

- Every plan carries ₹1,00,000 accidental insurance cover and ₹50,000 cashless mediclaim for employees, staff and management.

We are an authorised reseller, so the licence and the implementation come on the same invoice.
Google Workspace with Gemini is quoted on the app mix and user count you actually need, so we price it per account rather than publishing a headline rate.
Design, marketing and AI are quoted per project
We would rather give you a real number than a rate card that turns out to be wrong.

A brand identity, a five-page site and a fifty-page e-commerce build do not cost the same thing, and neither do a monthly social retainer and a one-off campaign. So we scope first: one call to understand what you want, then a written estimate with the deliverables and the timeline in it. The estimate costs nothing and does not commit you to anything.
Lock-in, billing and headcount
- Is there a lock-in period?
- No. PlanetU plans run without a long-term lock-in, so you can scale up, scale down or leave as your business needs change.
- How does billing work?
- HRMS plans bill monthly per employee, based on your active headcount for that month. You get one invoice covering everything on your account, with no hidden agency fees.
- What happens if our headcount changes?
- Your plan adjusts with your headcount. Crossing a tier threshold, such as moving from 25 to 26 employees, moves you to the next tier's per-employee rate from your next billing cycle.
