What we are hiring for
All six roles are based in Pune and work directly with clients or with the teams that serve them.

Sales executive
Reach out to MSMEs across Pune, qualify their needs across design, marketing, cybersecurity, HRMS and AI, and carry conversations from first call through to signed proposal. You will work closely with each service team to scope what a client actually needs before promising it.

IT solutions consultant
Sit with clients to map their current tools and workflows, then recommend and implement the right mix of Sentrinus, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. You will run onboarding, configure policies and train client teams so the handover actually sticks.

Digital marketing
Plan and run social, paid and SEO campaigns for client accounts, from content calendars through ad spend and monthly performance reporting. You will work directly with the in-house creative team and own the numbers you report back to clients.

AI developer
Build and maintain the WhatsApp chatbots, GST automation pipelines and analytics tools that PlanetU ships to Indian businesses. You will work across integrations with CRMs, Tally and messaging platforms, and iterate on what clients actually use.

UI/UX designer
Design websites, apps and brand systems for clients ranging from first-time founders to established manufacturing firms. You will move from wireframes through visual identity to build-ready mockups, working alongside developers through QA and launch.

Web developer
Build the corporate websites, e-commerce platforms and web applications that come out of the design team's mockups, and keep existing client sites maintained and responsive. You will work across the full build process from development through testing and launch support.
